IT4Innovations has been involved in the activities of the POP Centre of Excellence since 2018. Users of the KAROLINA supercomputer can take advantage of the services and support provided by POP3 – Performance Optimisation and Productivity Centre of Excellence – free of charge.

The services focus primarily on:

  • improving scalability,
  • increasing parallel processing efficiency,
  • load balancing,
  • enhancing resource usage on Tier-0 and Tier-1 systems.

POP3 experts perform in-depth performance analysis, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose specific optimisation steps. These measures lead to reduced time-to-solution and more efficient use of your allocated computational resources.

This service is fully funded by the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking and is therefore provided to users completely free of charge.
