The National Competence Centre in HPC and IT4Innovations invite you to the online course “Introduction to MPI”, taking place on 21–22 October 2026.
The course introduces the basic concepts of Message Passing Interface (MPI), one of the most widely used programming models for working on clusters and distributed memory systems. The course combines theoretical sessions with hands-on sessions, allowing participants to put the concepts they learn into practice. By the end of the course, participants should understand MPI applications and be able to write their own code.
Basic knowledge of the Unix/Linux command line and programming skills in C, C++, Fortran or Python are required for the hands-on exercises.
