The year 2026 is just getting started, and we are delighted to bring you the first news from IT4Innovations. The end of last year and the start of this year have been full of interesting updates.
We are launching the Q-Neko project, in which Europe and Japan are collaborating closely in the fields of quantum technologies and supercomputers. At the same time, in cooperation with the CLARA project partners, we are launching the CLARA Young Innovator Award 2026, an international competition that gives young scientists the opportunity to present innovative solutions in the field of brain health and quality of life. Last but not least, we are launching the IT4Innovations Open Access Grant Competition, which will give you the chance to receive computing time on the Barbora NG, Karolina and LUMI supercomputers, as well as the VLQ quantum computer for the first time ever.
