Meet IT4Innovations National Supercomputing Center at The International Conference for High Performance Computing, Networking, Storage, and Analysis (SC22), November 13–18, 2022, at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, USA.

One of the most awaited HPC events is approaching. This year‘s edition of the International Conference for High-Performance Computing, Networking, Storage, and Analysis (SC22) will take place in November, from the 13th to 18th, in Dallas, Texas, USA. The main topic for SC22, attended by thousands of visitors each year, is „HPC Accelerates“, and we are happy to announce that we will be there. The conference allows us to meet experts from all over the world and introduce them to our research activities, the most powerful Czech supercomputers, and the international projects we are involved in.

IT4Innovations at SC22:

  • For the Best Poster of the Conference award was nominated the contribution "Toward Scalable Voxelization of Meshes with High Growth Rate" from Markéta Hrabánková, Ondřej Meca, Tomáš Brzobohatý, Lubomír Říha, Milan Jaroš, and Petr Strakoš. You can look forward to Lubomír Říha's presentation on Wednesday, November 16, at 10:32 am at location D174. On the same day from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, you can find them at location C1-2-3. Will they be able to defend the Best SC Conference Poster award from 2018? 

 

 

  • Karina Pešatová will share challenges and experiences in developing sustainable outreach programs (not only) for the next generation of HPC professionals in the Birds of Feather (BoF) session "Another Step Toward a Sustainable HPC Outreach Ecosystem". The BoF will take place on Thursday, November 17, from 12:15 to 13:15 at location D171.
