These days, IT4Innovations National Supercomputing Center deploys a new set of tools OMICS MASTER, creating a standard environment of tools and techniques for NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) data analysis. OMICS MASTER is focused especially on the human genome research, particularly genome assembly, gene identification and annotation of variants for diagnostic purposes.

On Thursday July 24 took place a seminar, on which a part of users already had the chance to become familiar with this set of tools.
