In the presence of Pavel Bělobrádek, Deputy Prime Minister for Science, Research and Innovation, Jaromír Veber, Deputy Minister for Higher Education and Research, Ivo Vondrak, Rector of VSB - Technical University of Ostrava and Martin Palkovič Managing Director of IT4Innovations, the new building of the National Supercomputing Center IT4Innovations was officially opened on August 26, 2014.
